The next time you purchase from Subway, hold onto that receipt! Then visit the website Tell Subway to input the Store ID and you'll be emailed a verification code for your free cookie once you finish a short 1 minute survey. Just write this code on your receipt in the space provided and bring it to Subway to claim your free cookie!
