On the entry form it requires that you tell them why you need a lucky item (they only want a short answer though as they limit to 75 words.

• Requested product will be sent to Canadian mailing address provided in individual´s Entry on a first come first serve basis. Mailing address provided must be capable of regular parcel delivery by Canada Post.
• Promotion ends December 31, 2008 or while supplies last.
• Must complete all mandatory fields on Entry form to be eligible, including submitting a valid, publishable "I Need..." or "I Shared..." response. If Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc. ("Colgate") will be sending you a product, you will receive an email message at the email address you have provided informing you that you will be receiving the product.
