The wintertime brings about many delicious food festivals around various city centres including: Barrie, London and Ottawa, Ontario. These Licious festivals run for 16 days which gives locals the chance to try a diversity of culinary experiences for a prix fix menu (or fixed price).
Barrielicious Festival
