Ontarians can speak to a Registered Dietician for FREE...There's no limit to how many times you ask for information

I was looking online to find a specific diet for an aging relative, when I stumbled upon this site which offers free diet and nutrition advice. I decided to call and see if I could get a customized menu plan to help determine the best foods to consume for their situation. This has to be one of the most under-rated free services but sooo valuable. They help with vegetarian diets, finicky eaters, weight loss, diabetic diets, feeding infants, how to avoid risk of heart disease, supplements, daily nutritional requirements and so much more...

I thought with the holidays almost coming to an end and many of us are trying to get back into the habit of exercise and healthy eating habits that this would be a great site to share.

Eat Right Ontario is a free service which connects you with a registered dietician by telephone, email or you can find recipes online. What better way than 'free' can get you started back on the right track and get you healthy again.

EatRight Ontario is here to provide advice on daily food choices that will
help you live well and stay healthy. This service provides easy-to-use
nutrition information from Registered Dietitians to make healthier food
choices easier for you. Dietitians of Canada and the Ministry of Health
Promotion are working together to give the people of Ontario more ways
to connect with a Registered Dietitian and get trusted advice on healthy
eating at no cost. Everyone has questions on healthy eating, food and
nutrition.

Here are the three easy ways to reach a Registered Dietitian:
